We do not currently ship to:

- Republic of Ireland
- Northern Ireland

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays or operational factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
- All chemical orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service.
- Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order has been marked as dispatched by our team.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your tracking notification.
Signature Required
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
Orders will not be left on doorsteps, in safe places, with neighbours or in unsecured locations unless authorised directly by the delivery carrier under their own procedures.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the shipment.
Packaging Information
- Chemicals are packaged in accordance with transport requirements.
- A standard 20kg chemical box contains 4 × 5 litre containers, providing a total of 20 litres.
- Orders are checked before dispatch to help ensure they arrive in good condition.
Equipment and Chemical Orders
Equipment and chemical products may be dispatched separately and can arrive on different days depending on stock location, supplier availability and carrier routing.
Delivery Issues
Although uncommon, delays, loss or damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact our team as soon as possible and provide:
